Policy of refund,repairment and replacement

We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition.


30 Days Money Back Warranty

(1)If you are not satisfied with our product because it doesn't work, you can send them back to us in 30 days after you receive it for refund, in this case, we don't refund the shipping fees.
(2)If the product works but you don't like it, you can send it back for refund, in this case we will charge 15% restock and handling fee and don't refund the shipping fees.


One Year Manufacture Warranty

Within 1 year, buyers can send them back for free repair, in this case, buyers pay all the shipping fees in both sides. Which mean you should pay us the shipping fees for us to send them back to you. If buyer break the items and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of that components.

Return of faulty goods

  • If any product develops a fault within the guarantee period we will repair free of charge or, replace at our discretion.

  • If a returned item is found not to be faulty we may ask for a contribution towards the cost to return the item to yourself.

Your Right To Cancel

  • You have 30 days to cancel the order from the day after that on which you received the goods. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing by recorded mail or by Email with a return-receipt obtained and must be dated and sent to our correct business address or email address as listed on our contact page.

  • A returns authorisation number must be obtained before returning any goods. The goods must be returned to the address given on issue of the returns authorisation number.

  • The goods must be complete, as new and unused with the full, complete and undamaged retail packaging that they were sent with. If the goods are not complete, new and unused or the packaging is missing or damaged then a restocking fee may apply dependant upon any damage or loss to product or packaging.

  • Goods must be returned at your own cost and risk, for your own protection please insure the goods and ensure a signature is obtained for the goods on arrival at our premises.
  • During the period prior to official receipt by us of the goods being returned, the customer must look after the goods and ensure they are insured at their own cost.

  • You may not cancel your order if any software supplied with the product or as the product has been unsealed.

  • Refunds will be made within 30 days to the original PayPal Account, credit/charge/debit card the goods were purchased on or in the case of a cheque payment a cheque written to the original person/company who issued the original cheque as applicable. Outgoing delivery charges will be deducted from the amount refunded.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
